Tips for Passing the Fitness and Medical Test
Start preparing for the fitness and medical test well in advance.
Train regularly and follow a healthy diet.
Get enough sleep.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
If you have any medical conditions, consult with your doctor before starting training.
Initial Medical & Final Medical
The initial medical test is different from the final medical test, which is conducted after the candidate has been selected for induction into the Pakistan Army. The final medical test is more comprehensive and includes additional tests, such as a psychological evaluation.
If the candidate passes the initial medical test, they will be declared medically fit to serve in the Pakistan Army.
Initial Medical including weight, Height, Knee Knocking ,Ear Check up and Flat Feet etc.
Final medical tests for the Pakistan Army, including chest X-ray, blood test and pathology report, urine culture and pathological test, ENT examination of the ears, and medical and surgical examination, must be redone.
